As a means of promoting the "Thumbs Up" Thursdays campaign, billboards will be used as part of a digital outdoor campaign.
 

PRINT ADS

Print ads will also be used to urge citizens to acknowledge the sacrifices our law enforcement officers make daily and the thank them for their service.
